The four-hectare Park Fizyki features 46 interactive educational devices. They allow visitors to carry out experiments in mechanics, acoustics, hydrostatics, and optics. Magazyn Solny offers a different perspective on Nowa Sól. The building was constructed at the end of the 18th century and is the last surviving structure from the time when the city was an important hub in the salt trade. Excursion boats dock at the port of Nowa Sól, where trips on the Oder are available as part of the Nowa Sól–Cigacice–Bytom Odrzański–Głogów tourist harbor network. The port, museum, and cycling routes therefore offer distinct focal points: waterways, exhibitions, and getting around on land.
