Nature
Aleja Dębowa consists of several dozen pedunculate oaks in the central part of the Sołectwo Piasek along the railway line. It is a protected natural monument within the scope of the local development plan for Piasek and was recognized as a natural monument by the decision of September 17, 1981.
Culture and History
At 113 Katowicka Street in Piasek stands a wooden cross with a concrete-cast figure of Christ. Near 65 Katowicka Street there is a terrazzo cross on a natural-stone pedestal with a niche and a figure of Saint John Sarkander; it bears the inscription “Paul u. Marie Kania 1914r.”. Piasek also has a church with stained-glass windows dating from 1997.
