There are only few days left before the start of one of the most important events in the cultural life of Krakow the 10th anniversary of the Photo month festival in Krakow.
The official opening of the festival will be held in Krakow on Friday, May 18 at 18.00 at the Starmach Gallery (ul. Węgierska 5).

Visitors of the festival in Krakow can expect not only numerous photo and art exhibitions, but also photo reviews with the best European photographers, lectures and informal meetings with leaders of the photo industry, film screenings, as well as enchanting parties.

The main program of the festival is traditionally comprised of works created by famous masters of photography, in particular Sergey Bratkov, Jason Evans, Jerzy Lewczyński, René Magritte, Sally Mann, Alexander Rodchenko, Viviane Sassen, Lieko Shiga, as well as a number of photographs from private collections.

The additional program of Photo month festival will include works of such young, but extremely talented photographers as Tomasz Brodawka, Lena Dobrowolska, Jan Durina, Michał Lichtański, Laura Makabresku, Dawid Misiorny, Martyna, Rudnicka, Łukasz Rusznica, Mateusz Sarełło, Ola Walków.

One of the key events of the festival is portfolio review. This event will be held on May 26 from 11-00 to 17-30 at the Museum of Japanese Art and Technology.
