They are taught in the centers of gliding in Leszno, on the mountain of Fire, New-Targ, Jelenia Gora and Lisi-Conty. Hang gliding you can learn in the Krkonoše Mountains, Beskid-Żywiecki town, the Tatra Mountains and the Bieszczady Mountains.

In winter, Poland pleases the fans of sport with the ski resorts in Zakopane, Krkonoše and Bieszczady Mountains. You can learn all kinds of skiing, including ski jumping, and possibly watch one of the stages of the Ski jumping World Cup.
