In Poland will appear another native hotel brand. Budget hotels under the Chaber brand will become the first chain of budget hotels in Poland.

Currently in the world near 63% of hotels work according to the franchising system. Poland has few native hotel networks. New solution for economy-class hotels would change the situation on the Polish hotel market.

Hotels in Poland under the Chaber brand will be opened in the near future in at least 4 cities. Presentation of the network will be organized at the same time with the opening of its first hotel in Ksivaczka near Krakow. It will be held on January 22, 2011. By the end of the year the owners of the Chaber brand intend to introduce new hotels in Lodz, Bialystok and Ciborz.

Chaber hotels will promote their services in 2-3 star class. The concept of the network means to unite small hotels that are managed by families with in a single network, which is working according to the same standards. So, the first hotel of the chain near Krakow will be designed for 28 visitors. Also guests will be able to use a conference hall for 150 people.

Chaber budget hotels will be built near busy highways. Thus the network owners remain loyal to the fundamental trend in the development of all budget hotels in Europe. Roadside service is the main target.

Chaber belongs to the Polish Hotel Chamber. The owners of the brand plan to develop a network of hotels throughout Poland and, possibly, out of the country. Over the next 10 years the network plans to open at least 200 2-3 star hotels around the country, according to official press release. The total investment is amounted to 600 million zloty.

The first hotel of the chain near Krakow will offer double room for 80 PLN. Currently, the average price of a room in a budget hotel in Poland is PLN 100.
